Grazie! Ho sempre pubblicato post con pensieri e riflessioni prese in giro ma che risuonano dentro. In questi due mesi quasi, dentro di me è successo un po’ di tutto. Con i mezzi e le tecniche che pratico da anni, ho imparato che non devo cambiare Me Stesso, devo conoscere Me Stesso e alimentare le parti che mi rendono felice. Ho scavato profondamente conoscendo e portando alla luce parti davvero Ombra. Ho imparato ad accettare le Ombre comprendendo che fanno parte di Me. Ho imparato a dubitare di tutto tranne delle Mie Esperienze Personali. Ho imparato a vivere la Vita al 100% in tutte le sue manifestioni in prima persona, imparando cosi a crescere. Ho imparato ad unire le diversità e tutti i lati che esistono. Ho imparato a conoscere e riconoscere le mie paure ed affrontarle per cosi poter continuare a VIVERE. Thanks! I have always published posts with teasing thoughts and reflections that resonate within. In these two months almost everything has happened inside me. With the means and techniques that I have been practicing for years, I learned that I don’t have to change myself, I have to know myself and feed the parts that make me happy. I dug deeply knowing and bringing to light truly Shadow parts. I have learned to accept Shadows by understanding that they are part of Me. I have learned to doubt everything except My Personal Experiences. I learned to live Life 100% in all its manifestations in first person, thus learning to grow. I learned to unite the diversity and all the sides that exist. I learned to know and recognize my fears and face them so that I can continue to LIVE. I learned many other possibilities ….. (…) ….
